What do you stand for? Why do you do what you do? Your ability to answer these questions is the key to unlocking your magnetism as a leader. In one of the most popular TEDTalks of all time, Simon Sinek vividly illustrates the communication style that history’s most influential people and organizations share. Get ready to completely reframe how you define yourself, your company and your cause.
AIESEC Norway would like to present you with a innovative global competition for all students.
Shell Ideas360 is a brand new global student competition – inviting you to conceive, share and collaboratively develop game-changing ideas to help tackle the pressures on Energy, Water and Food availability.
You could have an exciting opportunity to develop your ideas into a ‘potentially investment-worthy’ business case with the support of mentors and subject matter experts.

Norwegian businesses face an alarming demand for engineers and information technology workers. Norway is currently short of 16,000 engineers – more than twice as many as last year. Also, figures from the Statistics Norway show that Norway will need 220,000 new workers by 2014, and that the majority will come from abroad.
During a class at our school this spring, we were informed about the AIESEC internships in China. The idea of a summer in China was too tempting, and we decided to take the chance, to apply a volunteer internship in China.
27th of June was the day it all started. By coincidence we ended up flying first class to Beijing, having a pretty good start to a pretty good summer. We spent one week in Beijing, sightseeing like never before.
