In theory, theory and practice are the same, In practic they're not. The goal of AIESEC is to develop leaders that can have a positive inpact on society. As a member of AIESEC you will get opportunities to take on leadership positions, go on international internships, attend conferences both nationally and internationally, and participate in teams working on large and small projects. AIESEC's main activity is developing leaders and providing life changing experiences, and our main tool are international internships.We believe that by working in a foreign country students will gain valuable experience and appreciation of other cultures. The day to day activity of AIESEC NHH revolves around recruiting students to go on internships, and raising new internships in Bergen because we believe that working in a foreign country is a life changing experience for students.

Incoming Exchange
Involves raising internships in Bergen and receiving the interns that come to fill these positions.
- Contact and meet with company leaders
- Build your personal network
- Learn market research and segmentation

- Learn to sell in a professional enviroment
We are currently looking for a Vice president of Icoming Exchange who will be the main responsible for raising new internships
in Bergen.
We are also looking for Incoming Excahnge members who can sell AIESEC to companies.

This program is a condensed version of the AIESEC experience and includes teamwork, leadership and exchange, all in one very exciting year.
The first semester you work in a team promoting AIESEC internships to students and matching people to internships. Then the spotlight is put on you, and
you must use your experience to lead your own team, and finally you yourself go on a summer internship. During the year you
will also attend 2 national and at least one international conference.
