How to become an AIESEC member?

AIESEC conducts recruitment each year. New recruitment campaign will start in August-September 2010.

You should pass few stages of selection to become a member of AIESEC.

Please, firstly read carefully AIESEC Membership Criteria document to know all the requirements - download.

1. Application form

Fill in the application form. New applications will be available in August-September 2010.

It's important for us to know your background, experience and motivation to become an AIESEC member. Once you've submitted an application AIESEC members will contact you about the results.

2. Assessment center

It's to assess your behaviour and skills in the process of interaction with other people.

3. Interview

Interview lasts for 25-40 minutes. It will help us to get to know you better.

You also will have a chance to ask all the questions you have about AIESEC.

Once you are selected to AIESEC, you should attend a Local Industion Seminar to participate in introductory trainings about AIESEC.
