Leadership Path
You will be directly recruited into the Leadership Team of AIESEC UiO to be responsible for either Finance or the International Internship Program. You start with a training of three weeks, before starting your leadership position.
There are two positions in the Leadership Team that you can choose from:
- Vice President Finance
- Vice President International Internship Program

Project Manager Spring
You will start working in a project in order to prepare for your leadership position which starts in January. From the beginning of the year you will be leading a project with a team of 1 to 3 members towards results.
The two projects that you can choose from are:
- Summer Camp Project
- Professional Internship Project

XLence Program
In this program you will both take on a leadership position, and go on an international internship. You will be working as co-ordinator for the Summer Abroad Project and choose to go on an internship before or after your leadership position.

Member to Leader, Member to Exchange
In this path, you will be working in one of several projects the whole year. During this time you will develop yourself and gain skills in order to continue your AIESEC Experience. This will prepare you to either take a leadership position in the Executive Board 2011/12, or go on an international internship during the summer.
